Postbocks.com provides its services under the Terms of Service of this agreement ("TOS"). Audio and information exchanged through our services such as, but not limited to, mixes, related artwork, messages or other "Items" that may be transferred either from or onto our servers are the sole responsibility of the account holder, or the individual from which the "Items" originated. Postbocks.com is not responsible for the actions of the individual in breach of these terms. Any "Items" that are stored, transferred, or associated in any way with our services that break local, state, or federal laws are the sole responsibility of the account holder from which they originated.

Your acceptance of Postbocks.com's "TOS" dictates that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in the United States or other associated jurisdiction. In doing so, you agree to submit true and accurate information and maintain acceptable member etiquette.

By using our service you agree NOT TO:

Intentionally or unintentionally upload, store or share audio that may be in violation of any law in any jurisdiction that Postbocks.com or the account holder resides under.
Upload, store or share any audio that is threatening, harmful, dangerous, inimical, injurious, racist or against any ethnic or cultural entity during the life of your account or thereafter.
Upload, store or share any audio that is commercially available or restricted by other means such as copyright etc. unless you own the copyright/licence.
Redistribute, sell, or otherwise re-brand and or market our services and its associated entities without express written permission from Postbocks.com.
Use our resources for illegal, or otherwise undesirable measures such as, but not limited to spam, viruses or other malicious "Items".
Commit acts that obstruct or hinder in any way other users access to the services provided by Postbocks.com.
Upload individual tracks. This is a mix hosting service, so mixes only.
Create multiple, or satellite, accounts on the network. Users are granted the use of one account per individual and no more. Any user found in violation of this policy will have all of their accounts terminated.
Intentionally or unintentionally breach any or all parts of this "TOS"

NO GUARANTEES

Postbocks.com in no way guarantees service accessibility, or quality. Postbocks.com's services are provided "AS-IS" with no guarantees or warranties in any shape or form.

Postbocks.com and its constituents reserve the right to terminate and or modify any offers at any time for any and all services it provides.

Addendum;

Postbocks.com reserves the right to alter this "TOS" at any time without notice to you.
Postbocks.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, indiscriminately.

PRIVACY NOTICE

Postbocks.com will not sell, or otherwise distribute data provided by its users to any other source without the user's written permission. Postbocks.com will, to the best of its abilities and knowledge, provide the safest, most secure service environment to our users, and encrypt all user-submitted data stored on our servers. However, we are in no way responsible for any activity that our users implement to retrieve any of your personal data.

By using Postbocks.com, you agree to submit the following data when using our services:

Your current and active email address for account verification and communication.
IP Address for security purposes.
Browser information to help us improve our services.

You acknowledge and agree to allow Postbocks.com to submit any information or "Items" you provide to any local, state, or federal law enforcement agency upon their request, or in good faith Postbocks.com believes that the disclosure of such "Items" or account information is required to 1) abide by legal processes, 2) to maintain the security and efficiency of our services, or 3) to comply with the "TOS" set forth herein.

CONCLUSION

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Postbocks.com account and the deletion of any offending audio.

While Postbocks.com prohibits such conduct and "Items" on its site, you understand and agree that Postbocks.com cannot be responsible for the "Items" posted or expressed on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Postbocks.com service at your own risk.

Postbocks.com offers its services "AS-IS" with no guarantees or warranties of any sort.

By signing up for Postbocks.com's services, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions represented in this "TOS." If, for whatever reason, you are not able to read, execute, or otherwise view our "TOS," additional arrangements can be made to make this document accessible to you, or the individual in need.
