Usernames are permanent and cannot be changed

I keep getting this message when I try and change any info in my account settings: "Sorry. Usernames are permanent and cannot be changed"
I can't make any changes at all. Am I missing something?

Hi Just be careful that the username isn't getting into filled or is getting blanked by your browser when you're changing the details.
If you still cant make changed then send them to me using the contact button.

I'm getting the same issue when I try to change my password (which I have forgotten)

I've made a change if you can try that? Also if your're still having issues can you use a different browser and see if that resolves it. Your feedback is very helpful!

Different browser seemed to work for me Firefox had the issues Safari allowed the change. Thanks for the help.
